1.Diesel Engine Company was named Henan Green Factory in 2025
The Diesel Engine Company has always attached great importance to and actively practiced the concept of “green development”, deeply integrated the concept of environmental protection into the entire process of enterprise development, ensured the effective operation of the environmental management system, and applied the electric dynamometer bench to convert the diesel consumed in the engine test process into electric energy for recycling, with an electric energy feedback efficiency of more than 60%; on the basis of high consistency in diesel engine manufacturing, the hot test running-in process was optimized to reduce 66% of fuel loss; and the dry spray paint room was used to achieve zero discharge of wastewater in the spray paint room.

The First Tractor Diesel Engine Assembly Intelligent Factory widely adopts advanced process means such as AGV automatic transportation, intelligent vertical warehouse, robot cleaning, robot assembly, robot spraying, flexible machining center, 3D visual inspection, and online inspection, realizing the intelligent, digital, and unmanned production of the entire production and manufacturing process, reaching the leading level in the non-road industry.
