Recently, China YTO held a ceremony to mark the commissioning of its tractor dismantling and packaging workshop. The official launch of the first flexible intelligent dismantling line for multiple tractor models signifies a new milestone in China YTO’s YTO brand’s overseas high-end supporting service capabilities.
On the morning of the same day, Liu Bin, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee of China YTO and Chief Financial Officer of YTO Group, Liu Pei, Assistant General Manager of YTO Group and General Manager of its International Trade Company, and Pan Zhuanchao, General Manager of its Logistics Company, cut the ribbon to inaugurate the tractor dismantling and packaging workshop.
To implement national strategies and the deployment of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), China YTO is committed to “building a world-class brand and creating a world-class enterprise,” accelerating its internationalization efforts, enhancing its global competitiveness, and clarifying its internationalization path of “going global, going in, and going up the value chain.” Through brand upgrading, market expansion, and deepening internal cooperation, it is promoting the “going global” of high-end agricultural machinery equipment manufactured by SINOMACH. New breakthroughs have been continuously achieved in overseas market expansion. In 2025, overseas sales of YTO products exceeded 10,000 units for the first time, representing a year-on-year increase of 40%, achieving a historic leap.
With the continuous expansion of overseas markets and the year-on-year growth of export orders, the shortcomings of the traditional manual dismantling model, such as insufficient capacity, inconsistent standards, and slow response speed, have constrained YTO’s overseas expansion. To overcome these bottlenecks and accelerate its progress towards world-class standards, China YTO has promoted the construction of its tractor dismantling and packaging workshop according to high-starting-point, intelligent, and flexible standards.
The intelligent workshop utilizes heavy-duty AGVs and logistics AGVs for collaborative transportation, coupled with fully covered KBK lifting equipment and specialized dismantling robots, enabling flexible dismantling of a full range of tractors from 30 to 280 horsepower. Simultaneously, an integrated MES digital system has been implemented, achieving one-item-one-code for parts and full-process traceability. The implementation of automated and intelligent production lines has established a unified and standardized operating system, significantly improving dismantling and packaging accuracy and the reliability of overseas delivery, laying a solid hardware foundation for the delivery of large-volume export orders.
Next, China YTO will focus on the goal of “building a world-class brand and creating a world-class enterprise,” adhering to the standard of “zero defects in quality.” It will leverage the digital advantages of its intelligent production lines, deeply explore digital efficiency, refine flexible production across multiple models, improve the efficiency of rapid switching between different product types and simultaneous batch response, safeguard the quality of YTO products exported overseas, and create a benchmark production line for domestic agricultural machinery exports. Simultaneously, using the intelligent workshop as a platform, it will conduct specialized training in intelligent equipment, export standards, and flexible processes, cultivating a multi-skilled core team to provide solid logistical support and talent backing for building a world-class brand.
