Welcome new employees in 2025

On July 21, China First Tractor held the opening ceremony of the 2025 new employee training “Gathering Talents in the East Red, Dazzling New Journey”. Wei Tao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China First Tractor and general manager of First Tractor Co., Ltd., attended the opening ceremony and encouraged new employees to have dreams in their hearts and make contributions with their youth.

On behalf of all employees of China First Tractor, Wei Tao warmly welcomed the joining of more than 300 new employees. He said that as the eldest son of China’s agricultural machinery industry, China First Tractor has gone through an extraordinary entrepreneurial, reform and development path in the past 70 years, and has made great contributions to China’s agricultural mechanization. “Dongfanghong” has also become a monument in the history of agricultural machinery development in the Republic and the collective memory and feelings of the Chinese people’s unremitting self-improvement. It is hoped that new employees will inherit and carry forward the spirit of generations of First Tractor people who work hard, start businesses with hard work, go hand in hand and climb to the top, work hard on the land of the motherland, help countless Chinese farmers harvest their dreams, and help human dreams come true on the vast land. This is the eternal mission of “Dongfanghong”.

Wei Tao sent a message to new employees: First, there is a dream in your heart and a road under your feet. Be a practitioner of the “fighting spirit”, find the right direction, and realize your dream with vigor and momentum. Second, be diligent in learning, be good at thinking, and be brave in practice. Maintain a sense of learning, establish the concept of “lifelong learning”, and make yourself an excellent talent that the company can use. Third, be brave to challenge and strive to be the first. Inherit and carry forward the spirit of YTO people who refuse to admit defeat and strive for the first place in the face of difficulties, always benchmark the core values of “three firsts”, and integrate those pragmatic roots in the field, the tenacity to overcome technical difficulties, and the innovation in sync with the times into the process of pursuing the value of life and achieving great goals. Fourth, dare to innovate and move forward courageously. Establish innovative thinking, improve innovation capabilities, continuously promote the innovation of the company’s product technology and management models, and transform potential into the strength to solve problems, the motivation to break through bottlenecks, and the ability to create value. Fifth, adjust your mentality and integrate as soon as possible. Actively understand the company culture, familiarize yourself with the working environment, maintain a positive attitude, and resolve the unfamiliarity and discomfort brought by the new working environment.

Representatives of new employees made statements, saying that they will achieve their youthful ideals through job experience and hard work with the courage to be the first and the vigor to move forward, and contribute their youthful strength to the construction of a globalized, digitalized, and ecological YTO.

The 2025 induction training is divided into two parts: comprehensive training and experience training. It will enhance new employees’ understanding of China YTO through classroom lectures, production line visits, outdoor development training, and production job learning experience, and help them grow rapidly.

At the same time, in order to welcome the arrival of new colleagues, China YTO has also carefully prepared a welcome ceremony and a life gift package, and will organize interesting “ice-breaking” activities to help new colleagues integrate into the YTO family.
