China First Tractor’s overseas dealer service personnel and users from all over the world gathered together to learn technology, exchange experiences and talk about a better life

Special training sessions were held for more than ten dealers, using a combination of “theoretical explanation + practical operation” to conduct in-depth explanations on brand awareness, product features, quality assurance and after-sales service, technical analysis, etc., which received a good response.
In the theoretical session, the training instructor systematically sorted out the development history and market positioning of the YTO brand, and introduced the product advantages, applicable scenarios and core configurations of the current main selling models. In the practical session, the trainees participated in the whole machine function demonstration, daily maintenance operation, common problem judgment and processing procedures, etc., and experienced the technical highlights and service standards of YTO products on site, significantly enhancing their skills and service awareness.

Technical service visits were carried out according to regional characteristics, going deep into the fields to understand user feedback, and conducting product use and maintenance training.

In actual operation, YTO tractors have demonstrated strong working intensity and excellent performance, winning the favor of customers with reliable quality. A local farmer said: “YTO tractors are not only powerful, but also easy and comfortable to operate. They are extremely stable in complex farmland environments and fully meet our daily agricultural production needs.”

Nigeria
As batches of YTO tractors arrive one after another, technical training is also in full swing. Local users said that YTO tractors are more comfortable to ride, simpler to operate, more precise in operation, and very adaptable to the local operating environment.

The level of agricultural mechanization in Nigeria is rapidly improving, but the shortage of professional maintenance personnel has restricted the long-term stable operation of agricultural machinery and equipment. To this end, China First Tractor has arranged a series of training for local users. The training adopts a combination of “theory + practice” to ensure that trainees can independently complete the troubleshooting and repair of common faults and effectively improve local service capabilities.
In the future, China First Tractor will continue to carry out overseas technical training, product experience and other activities to establish a more efficient service network to inject Chinese power into global agricultural development.
