Its core component is a hydraulic distributor integrated with a “sensitivity control valve.” By adjusting this valve, the driver can directly change the response speed of the hydraulic system to changes in the resistance of suspended implements (such as plows and harrows), thus achieving “sensitivity” adjustment.

This is the core control valve designed for the hydraulic system of YTO series crawler tractors. It is responsible for precisely controlling the flow of hydraulic oil to the cylinders, enabling four working positions for the agricultural implements: lifting, neutral, lowering, and floating. It is a key component in ensuring reliable and efficient operation of the tractor’s suspension system.
Adjustable Sensitivity Distributor：
Sensitive Mode: Suitable for precision farming operations on flat land requiring a quick response.
Smooth Mode: Suitable for heavy-duty operations (such as deep plowing), reducing frequent hydraulic system movements and improving smoothness and energy efficiency.
Equipped with an independent sensitivity control valve, which can be adjusted manually or automatically.
Non-adjustable sensitivity distributor：
Features a direct-acting spool valve design, resulting in a compact structure and stable performance.
After lifting or lowering operations are completed, the spool valve automatically returns to the neutral position at a set pressure (e.g., 10.8 MPa), preventing system overload.
A built-in safety valve automatically opens to relieve pressure when the system pressure rises abnormally (e.g., not less than 12.7 MPa), protecting the system.
