On August 26th, a grand national-level agricultural machinery demonstration event for the Huanghuai Northern Plains Operation Area, hosted by China National Tobacco Corporation, was held in Luoning County, Luoyang City. YTO showcased several advanced products, demonstrating them in impressive field demonstrations.
As a leading company in my country’s agricultural machinery industry, YTO showcased a wide range of products, including unmanned tractors, power shuttle/power shift tractors, and hilly and mountainous tractors, fully meeting the needs of agricultural production at various scales and in various scenarios.
Among the vehicles participating in the dynamic demonstration, the Dongfanghong LF2204 cabless unmanned tractor demonstrated exceptional performance, attracting onlookers. This unmanned tractor can easily handle a variety of complex operating environments, with a navigation accuracy of ±2.5 cm, making it suitable for irregular plots or specialized operations. During the land preparation phase of tobacco cultivation, it can precisely operate, ensuring smooth soil and creating excellent conditions for subsequent tobacco transplanting.
The Dongfanghong LW3204 continuously variable transmission tractor, the LY1104-C unmanned tractor, and a hilly and mountainous tractor were also on display in the fields. The Dongfanghong MH/SH hilly and mountainous tractor performed particularly well in tobacco seeding and mulching, precisely tailored to the narrow row spacing and small plots of mountain tobacco fields. Its accompanying tobacco-specific seeding and mulching machine enables an integrated process of “ditching, seeding, soil covering, compaction, and mulching.” The seeding depth can be precisely controlled to the optimal 2-3 cm sowing range for tobacco. During mulching, the film maintains uniform tension and adheres to the ground, effectively reducing weed growth and water evaporation beneath the film. Furthermore, the MH/SH hilly and mountainous tractor can navigate smoothly in mountainous tobacco fields, avoiding seed deviation and film damage caused by undulating terrain. Compared to manual seeding and mulching, this significantly improves efficiency.
