The 2025 Ningxia Agricultural Machinery Operator Skills Improvement Training Course, hosted by the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, recently concluded successfully at YTO. Over 40 participants from Ningxia, including members of agricultural machinery cooperatives, major agricultural machinery owners, farmers who purchased new machinery, and agricultural machinery operators, participated in the training.
During the training, YTO meticulously organized and prepared the training. Technical staff provided a comprehensive explanation of the technical principles and maintenance key components of new intelligent agricultural machinery, combining theory and practice. They also detailed practical tips for using and maintaining Dongfanghong products, drawing on Ningxia’s best-selling models. The training also featured interactive on-site demonstrations, providing detailed answers and sharing of practical questions from participants, earning praise from many experienced operators.
During the test drive session, YTO showcased several popular Dongfanghong models in the 50-220 horsepower range, along with supporting agricultural machinery. Participants experienced features such as intelligent driving and precision operation, and experienced the efficiency and convenience offered by YTO’s modern, complete agricultural machinery solutions. Many participants expressed that this training not only provided them with a deeper understanding of various agricultural machinery, but also significantly helped them improve efficiency, increase yields, reduce losses, and reduce labor intensity in future production. The Dongfanghong tractors’ intelligent, efficient, and comfortable features also left a deep impression on everyone.
During the same period, Pingdingshan City also held a special training course on cultivating high-quality farmers and improving the skills of agricultural machinery operators by 2025. This course, led by the Pingdingshan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, aims to help local agricultural machinery operators improve their skills and promote agricultural mechanization.
In the future, YTO will continue to respond to the national call, actively implement the rural revitalization strategy, and continue to give full play to its own technological advantages and practical experience, so that more operators can come to YTO to learn theory, practice technology, and exchange experiences, improve the operators’ operating level, effectively improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery operations, and contribute solid strength to ensuring national food security and promoting the construction of an agricultural power.
