Cylinder water pressure struggle song, from 150 to 250 steel

After receiving the order to increase production, the workshop quickly launched a special project to increase the capacity of cylinder water pressure. Faced with the increase in market orders and the pressure of purchased parts supply, the workshop management team coordinated and deployed, and achieved a daily output increase from 150 to 250 by optimizing production organization and process improvement, an increase of 67%, effectively ensuring the connection of production tasks.

The workshop hosted a special meeting to clarify the capacity improvement goals around the company’s operating situation and customer delivery needs. The meeting emphasized the need to strengthen the overall awareness and ensure the continuity of production in the capacity climbing stage by rationally allocating human resources and extending effective working hours.

The workshop management team simultaneously formulated a phased implementation plan and implemented responsibilities to each team and position. By adjusting the water pressure process parameters and refining the equipment maintenance cycle, the production rhythm optimization is promoted simultaneously to improve the work efficiency under the premise of ensuring quality.

For the weak links in the production process, the workshop organized technical personnel to carry out special discussions and optimize the process for bottleneck processes.

Through the collaboration of all employees, capacity improvement and quality control are promoted simultaneously.

During this capacity expansion, the machining workshop responded to production challenges with a systematic management approach, which not only demonstrated the execution of teamwork, but also accumulated practical experience for subsequent responses to market fluctuations. In the future, the production organization model will continue to be optimized to consolidate the foundation for capacity guarantee.
